When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address. When you pay online, payment details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

We also collect basic information about how you use our website, such as pages viewed and device type, through cookies and analytics tools.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver your order, to send you order updates by WhatsApp and email, to handle returns and support requests, and to improve the store. If you have opted in, we may also send you occasional updates about new pieces and offers.

Who we share it with

We share what is necessary with our payment processor Razorpay, our courier partners for delivery, and Shopify, which hosts our store. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Marketing messages

We only send marketing messages to people who have opted in. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any marketing WhatsApp message. Order updates are transactional and will continue regardless.
