About these terms

Our products

We sell fashion jewellery. Our pieces are skin-safe and made to last, and are not solid precious metal. Descriptions such as gold-tone refer to the finish, not the material.

We photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so slight differences in colour between the photograph and the piece you receive are normal.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Stock is limited and moves quickly. If a piece sells out after you order it, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Orders

We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Payment

We accept payments through Razorpay and offer cash on delivery across India with a flat ₹49 fee.

Returns

Our return terms are set out in the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this store, including photographs, product descriptions, and the Glintura name and logo, belongs to us. Please do not reuse it without permission.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the pieces you order in good condition. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from delays outside our control, such as courier disruption.

Fashion jewellery contains small parts. Please keep it away from young children, remove it before swimming or sleeping, and stop wearing a piece if you notice any skin irritation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of [Rishikesh], [Uttrakhand].
