Shipping Policy

We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping charges

Orders of ₹999 and above ship free. Below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹[YOUR FLAT RATE] applies, shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on delivery is available across India and carries a flat ₹49 fee. This covers the cost of collecting and processing cash payments.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched from Rishikesh, Uttarakhand within [1 TO 2] business days. Delivery usually takes [3 TO 7] business days for metro cities and [5 TO 10] business days for other locations.

We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend go out on the next working day.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by WhatsApp and email once your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within [3] business days of ordering, message us and we will look into it.

Delays

Occasionally a parcel is delayed by weather, courier backlogs, or festival volumes. We will keep you updated if we hear of a delay on your order. Once a parcel is with the courier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control, but we will always help you chase it.

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available across multiple delivery attempts, we can re-ship it once you cover the return shipping cost.

Cash on delivery refusals

If a cash on delivery parcel is refused at the door, the order is cancelled and the parcel returns to us. Repeated refusals may mean we ask for prepayment on future orders.
