Return & Exchange Policy

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what arrives. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Return window

You can raise a return within 7 days delivery. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 8679679415 or email Glinturajewels@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will guide you through the next steps.

What we can accept

Pieces must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original Glintura packaging with the care card. Earrings are worn close to the skin, so for hygiene reasons we can only accept returns where the piece has not been worn/Used.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong piece, tell us within 72 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping paid. Please send a photo of the item and the packaging. An unboxing video helps us resolve these fastest, though it is not required.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we process refunds within 5 to 7 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to an account you nominate.

The ₹49 cash on delivery fee is a payment processing charge and is not refundable, except where the item was faulty or incorrect.

Return shipping

We offer free returns on all orders. Whether your item is faulty, damaged, or you simply changed your mind, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We are a small operation and stock moves quickly, so we do not hold pieces for exchange. If you would like a different piece, please return the original and place a fresh order.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched. Once a parcel has left us, the return process above applies.
