At GLINTURA, we take pride in the quality of our jewellery and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items purchased during sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return, only exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please mention this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
